Lars Pedersen, CEO
Lars Pedersen joined CommProve as CEO in 2009.
Prior to this position he was CEO in InnovFocus, a company in the management consulting industry. In addition he was Deputy CEO of NetTest A/S and President of Anritsu Instruments Group.
He has over 19 years of experience in the telecommunications industry in various senior sales and senior management positions in the OSS/T&M Industry.
Lars Pedersen holds a PhD in Optical Communications and a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark.
Enrico Andreini, CTO
Enrico was one of the original founders of CommProve and remains actively involved on a day-to-day basis directing the company’s technical strategy as Chief Technology officer.
As architect of the Netledge/ Quantiqa system, he made the design choices which have given CommProve its technical competitiveness. He has a deep knowledge of radio engineering with 20 years of experience in the field, having started his career in QoS monitoring of TV broadcast signals.
Mark Hoogerbrugge, VP Marketing and Strategic Alliances
Mark Hoogerbrugge joined CommProve in 2008 and has moved from Business Development to Marketing and Strategic Alliances in 2009.
Prior to joining CommProve he held a number of senior positions at Actix, including General Manager of the APAC region. He has been at Agilent Technologies and Hewlett-Packard for an extensive period in a variety of marketing, sales, business development and senior management positions. He started his career at BT&D Technologies as principal engineer in fibre optic R&D. He has also held a number of board positions in the telecommunications industry.
For most of his career he has been active in the telecommunications arena, brining a total of 21 years of experience in the field.
Mark Hoogerbrugge graduated from the Hogeschool Utrecht, The Netherlands in 1988.
Giovanni Perrone, Customer Operations Director
Since 2007, Giovanni Perrone is Director of Customer Operations at CommProve.
Prior to this position within CommProve he was first responsible for the product specialists team. Furthermore he was Technical Account Manager for the LATAM region and Project Manager in Operations where he successfully manages and delivers some of the most complex projects for CommProve and earns the PMP certification from PMI.
Giovanni has a background as Electronic Engineer.
Andrea Pieraccini, Product Director
Andrea Pieraccini is Product Management Director at CommProve where he is in charge of defining and implementing product requirements and roadmaps. With twelve years experience in mobile telecommunication, he joined CommProve in 2001 as Business Consultant managing company’s relationships with customers and third party organisations.
Prior to CommProve, he worked for Italtel, Siemens Mobile and Marconi Mobile for 5 years in the GSM/GPRS/WCDMA/TD-SCDMA product development.
Andrea Pieraccini has a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Florence, Italy.
Rob Jones, VP Sales
Since 2006, Rob Jones is Vice President Sales at CommProve where he is responsible for defining the CommProve routes to market and global sales strategy as well as managing the global sales teams and business consultants.
Prior to CommProve he worked as Business Development Director at Tektronix and Inet Technologies as well as Technical Sales Support Manager at Lucent Technologies.
Rob Jones holds a MPhys (Hons) for applied quantum physics from the University of Portsmouth.
Mallku Caballero, VP Engineering
Mallku Caballero is Vice President Engineering at CommProve.
He has 20 years of multi-disciplinary experience during which he established and led technology divisions in several start-ups and medium-sized companies in the areas of finance, Internet media publishing, and Internet videoconferencing. Mallku was a Director of the Board and Chief Technology Officer at Babel Networks Ltd. where he led the development of Babelgum, a P2P technology web-TV platform. Before that, he was CTO at Trema Laboratories, creating mission-critical financial systems used by all european central banks and many Fortune 500 companies around the world. Prior to this role, as Director of Engineering of Worldsport Networks, Mallku built a world class web multimedia platform from the ground up for the publishing of stats, news and events of major international sports federations. Earlier in his career, Mallku was a pioneer in IP videoconferencing as Chief Scientist of White Pine Software, the producer CU-SeeMe, the first desktop internet videoconferencing software.
Mallku holds a Msc in Computer Science from the University of Maryland at College Park.
Gian Luca Ottino, HR and Legal Manager
Gian Luca Ottino joined CommProve in 2006 and is now responsible for HR, legal and corporate affairs.
Prior to CommProve he worked for seed and venture capital initiatives in Italy, US and UK and he brings several years of experience on selecting and developing high tech start-ups and SMEs.
Gian Luca Ottino holds an Industrial Engineering Master from Politechnico di Torino and an MBA from Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
