As part of its network quality improvement program, Telecom Personal S.A., a leading mobile operator in Argentina, has selected CommProveâ€™s next generation network monitoring solution, CommProve NetLedge. NetLedge is being deployed to not only optimize Telecom Personalâ€™s network and to better utilize available capacity, but also to improve customer satisfaction.

CommProve NetLedge will provide network monitoring as well as performance management support to ensure the measurement of network performance KPIâ€™s. The solution will also perform advanced troubleshooting to track customer experience.

In addition to deploying CommProve NetLedge, Telecom Personal will also integrate CommProveâ€™s performance management platform, CommProve GSP, in certain parts of its network. GSP captures statistical counters from across the monitored network and then will provide Telecom with the aggregated information in a powerful data set for network management and optimization.
CommProveâ€™s real-time network monitoring probe-based solution is able to monitor a wide range of network interfaces including 2, 2.5G, 3G as well as LTE. The solution is a non-intrusive, passive monitoring solution with real-time analysis capabilities, powerful troubleshooting possibilities and a number of ready to use software insight applications that cover the radio access network (RAN) as well as the core network to enable operators to make the right decisions to maximize profit and protect revenue streams.
