CommProve provides a comprehensive set of professional services and maintenance contracts that ensure right-first-time deployment. Services include deployment, integration, training as well as support.
The Company’s services organization focuses on the following key aspects of customer support: delivering the right product to fit your system, implementing timely, quality-based project deployments, delivering 24/7 assistance, and providing comprehensive training programs.
deployment and integration
The deployment of the CommProve solution is handled by assigned project managers, all of whom have comprehensive experience in deploying both trials as well as permanent installations. Project management processes and methodologies are based on PMI standards and guidelines, and CommProve project managers are requested to undergo PMI certification. As part of the standard deployment process, the CommProve team visits the site beforehand to ensure specific requirements are included in the network plan.
The system application engineers then adapt CommProve’s standard systems, from probes to the final applications, to meet your specific needs, and to provide the greatest value to your business.
support
CommProve provides a comprehensive range of support services, from basic 8/5 support to 24/7 on-call customer support. Support services are delivered through local parties that are both close to you as well as the specific problems that may be experienced. While the local support centers administer all of the first level and part of the second level support, the third level is delivered by CommProve’s professional services and knowledge center teams, working closely with R&D.
For all locations, CommProve is able to provide a single point of contact to coordinate the diagnosis of all possible problems, including the replacement of hardware components in line with agreed SLAs.

CommProve’s training department offers you a well-designed and developed training path to CommProve product certification. A structured set of standard modules, and a professional approach, ensure that your individual needs are fulfilled through a two-way approach to teaching.
Customers can choose either the “learn to do” method, for those who are new to CommProve’s products or the “do-then-learn” approach, for those who are already familiar with CommProve’s systems.
